Parking Garages/Lot Leasing & Management

Douglas Parking owns, manages or leases more than 100 parking facilities. At some parking facilities, Douglas Parking will monitor the parking lot, restricting use of the lot to patrons of the bank, hospital or store to utilize the facility. Douglas Parking operates other parking lots and garages with up to 1,100 spaces using state-of-the-art traffic and revenue control equipment. Some locations are valet parking operations with several attendants on duty at once. Others are “park-and-lock” facilities that are monitored by Douglas Parking employees throughout the day.

Valet Parking

In addition to operating self-park parking facilities, Douglas Parking is also an expert in valet parking. Our valet parking division handles “full-time” and “part-time” valet parking for businesses and special events. Shuttle Services

Douglas Parking and its subsidiaries operate shuttle buses that transport patrons to and from BART stations, between office buildings and hospitals, as well as to and from the Oakland and Portland Airport. In addition, all our shuttle buses are registered with the Public Utilities Commission in multiple states including California, Oregon, and Nevada. The drivers are monitored by both DMV's Pull Notice Program and Douglas Parking Management. The company also participates in a random drug testing program. Consulting

Douglas Parking helps municipalities and private companies analyze and develop all aspects of parking facilities, both large and small. We can provide projections of income and operating expenses, make recommendations concerning traffic and revenue control equipment, and make recommendations regarding marketing plans as well as security considerations.
