Matt Bloom
Director of Relationship Management
Matt is our Director of Relationship Management, overseeing account management, business development, and client success nationwide. Matt has earned his Certified Parking Professional credential as given by the National Parking Association and excels at creating and building relationships with clients, vendors, colleagues and partners.
Matt graduated in 2014 from the University of Alabama with a degree in Environmental Science and Computer Applications. Managing Douglas Parking’s company wide business portfolio and providing project-based support to all the companies locations, Matt has extensive knowledge of all parking and transportation operations. He is highly in tune with the various types of the technology throughout the industry and enjoys working with clients to implement tech solutions in order to optimize and streamline their locations.
In his free time, Matt enjoys travelling, fishing, golfing, and volunteering at ARF. Prior to joining Douglas Parking, Matt worked at an investment firm doing client service and fund accounting.
Jesse Courtney
Regional Manager
Jesse Courtney is the Airpark General Manager at our Portland PDX location and has been with Douglas Parking since April 10th, 2007.
Jesse has managed Airpark for many years both in Oakland, CA, and Portland, OR and is an experienced employee with Douglas Parking. Jesse has vast experience from working within multiple different parking environments over the years. From high intensity valet to stadium operations, and now 24/7 airport operations Jesse provides dedicated service to our clients. Jesse has worked with shuttle service as well as parking equipment, property management and has experience working with Unions and Union employees. Jesse’s experience also includes working with third party companies that require parking for their businesses and assisting them in their success. He has partnered with several car sharing platforms over the years to evolve with the new wave of transportation.
Jesse’s hobbies are camping, fishing, and spending time with his wife and 8-year-old triplets. He affectionately refers to taking care of them as a second full time job, but he says he would not trade it for the world.
Dennis Downer
Regional Manager
Dennis was our first employee in Las Vegas and manages all the Las Vegas operations including garages, surface lots, event traffic control and valet. He loves a new challenge and enjoys opening new locations and finding ways of improving existing operations.
Before joining the company in 2003, Dennis worked in customer service and as a vendor representative for Sam’s Co. USA, managing a multitude of products at Home Depot. Dennis graduated with a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
A proud father of 4, Dennis enjoys spending time with his family. They enjoy camping, fishing, hiking, playing soccer and making reels @therealalphadad and YouTube videos @ExpertParentingTips. An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he enjoys spending time at the temple and doing family history work.
Bradyn Fujioka
Regional Manager
Bradyn is our Denver Regional Manager who possesses over 16 years of management experience. Beginning with Douglas Parking in 2006, he has achieved the title of a Certified Parking Professional through the National Parking Association and has over a decade of experience in the parking and transportation industry.
Bradyn graduated from UNLV in 1998 with a B.A. in Sports and Fitness Management. Before operating in Denver, Bradyn managed all valet and transportation services for the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, NV. Bradyn enjoys golf, baseball, being active, and spending time with family and friends.
Jason Johnson
Operations Manager
Jason oversees Douglas Eastbay Parking’s operations, special events, commercial and mixed-use facilities. Jason is a senior leader with over 13 years of management and leadership experience with a driven desire to succeed.
Jason has succeeded in a variety of leadership positions including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and prior to employment with Douglas, Area Manager. He has led people, projects and programs within both the Hotel and Residential facilities sector. Jason invests in his team and consistently identifies ways to maximize efficiency through providing honest feedback and training. His strong analytical and organizational skills coupled with his desire to succeed and attention to detail has added tremendous value to Douglas Parking.
Taylor Phillips
Regional Manager – Eastern Markets
Taylor is our Winston-Salem Regional Manager. Taylor oversees all of Douglas Parking’s North Carolina parking operations and business development opportunities.
Taylor joined the Douglas Parking team in 2018. Taylor graduated from Forsyth Tech in 2011 with a degree in Global Logistics. Prior to joining Douglas Parking, Taylor worked at a mental health credentialing body as the facilities director.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching sports, traveling, and relaxing with his friends.
Nick Roth
Denver Operations & Business Development Manager
Nick is the Denver-based Business Development and Operations Manager. He manages all operations in Denver and oversees acquisition of new accounts throughout the Denver Metro Area.
Nick Graduated in 2012 from the University of Colorado with a degree in Business Management and Economics. Prior to joining Douglas Parking, Nick worked in the parking industry for 10 years starting as a valet and working to where he is now.
In his spare time he enjoys golf, fishing, snowboarding, and being at the lake.
Marlene Sampson
Office Administrator
Marlene Sampson manages the office staff and oversees the Accounts Receivable department, bank reconciliations, and monthly reporting for management accounts.
Before joining Douglas Parking in 2005, Marlene worked at Acorn Supply for 15 years in accounts receivable and as the Office Manager. Marlene studied Accounting at Heald College and the University of Phoenix.
She is a Minister, Financial Secretary, and serves on the Board of Directors for Church of the Redeemed. Marlene is actively involved with her church’s outreach program, food bank, adopt a school program. She also helps organize and leads teacher appreciation luncheons every year. Marlene enjoys taking cruises and reading about faith and healing.
Andreas "Andy" Storm
Regional Manager
Andreas Storm joined the Douglas Parking Team in 2006. Andreas, affectionately known as “Andy”, is the firm’s Director of Transportation and Special Projects, and Louisiana Regional Manager. Andy has over 20 years of direct operational and administrative management experience. A certified Parking Professional specializing in Transportation Compliance on the local, state and federal level.
Based in Shreveport, Louisiana, Andy administers the nationwide transportation operations for Douglas Parking. This work includes, but is not limited to, ensuring Federal Department of Transportation (DOT), and State Department of Transportation Agency permits and licenses required for passenger transportation are secured, maintained, and managed in accordance with laws of varying states.
Andy’s skillset also includes P&L management, transition management, and contract negotiation. For that reason, he also directs the company’s budgeting processes for managed accounts. Before joining Douglas Parking, Andy managed security operations for a 1000 bed medical center located across three campuses in two cities. Duties included management of 150 plus staff members, access control systems and closed circuit security cameras. His management portfolio also includes a large towing and recovery company located in inner city, urban areas.
Andy has completed college coursework in Business Management and Administration of Justice at Diablo Valley College, located in Pleasant Hill, California. He participated and graduated from the Oakland Chamber of Commerce Leadership Oakland Program and he is fluent in German and English.
Calvin Tan
Regional Manager
Calvin Tan is our San Francisco & South Bay Area Regional Manager, responsible for all locations within San Francisco and Daly City. He oversees the daily operations of all valet and self-parking locations within his region, ensuring that Douglas Parking is providing prompt and friendly customer service, well trained and professional valet staff, and exceeding client expectations at each of his locations. Calvin has several years of experience operating multiple locations.
He was previously responsible for 7 valet operations within San Francisco; ranging from Full Valet Hotel locations, Valet Garages, and 24/7 Residential Valet Garages with a previous employer. Calvin was also the General Manager for 9 restaurants within the San Jose Airport. There he learned to fine tune his management skills to efficiently and effectively operate within an airport setting.
He attended San Jose State University where he received his degree in Business Management. Calvin enjoys spending his free time hanging out with his family and taking them to events within the bay area. He has also been an avid hockey player since the age of 7 and still enjoys playing in adult hockey leagues around the bay area.
Norman "Norm" Winer
Controller and Financial Analyst
A Bay Area native and longtime friend of the Douglas family, Norm began consulting for the company in 2012 as a financial analyst, and now works as the firm’s controller. Having worked in financial services for many years as an Options Trader and financial reporting analyst, Norm brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
Norm graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara with a degree in Liberal Studies and went on to receive an MBA in Finance from the Columbia University in New York, where he called home for 18 years.
Norm is an active member of his synagogue and enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and attending his niece and nephews’ sporting events and music recitals.
